Terms

Terms of sale

The terms intended to apply when the shop opens. Checkout remains closed while operational details and legal review are outstanding.

Awaiting owner / legal review. Final delivery charges and times, the customer-service email, return address, payment provider, carrier, licensing authority and complaints escalation route still require owner confirmation. Checkout must remain closed until they are supplied and this document is professionally reviewed.

1. Who you are buying from

Billionaershop.co.uk is operated by ROMAL GROUP LIMITED, trading as BILLIONAER Spirits. The company is registered in England and Wales under company number 15535741, with its registered office at 167 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. VAT registration No. 465 6871 47, registered from 15 May 2024. Premises licence No. 24/01732/LIPREM.

2. Age restriction

You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol from this site. Confirming your age on entry is only a self-declaration. When sales open, an approved age check must be completed before payment and an approved carrier must perform the required check at handover. We may refuse an order where age cannot be verified, fraud is suspected or lawful delivery cannot be completed. It is an offence to buy alcohol for someone under 18.

3. Products and descriptions

We publish only product information confirmed by the brand owner. Where required details are outstanding, the product is shown as “details being finalised” and cannot be bought.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The current owner-set offer price is £35 a bottle and the owner-set regular price intended after the offer is £55. “Regular price” does not claim a previous selling price. Any mandatory delivery charge will be shown before an order is submitted; checkout will not open until those charges are known.

5. Offers and discount codes

Offers show their eligibility, expiry and whether they can be combined. Only one offer applies per basket unless stated otherwise. An offer never removes cancellation, faulty-goods or refund rights. We do not run free-alcohol multi-buy promotions that encourage excessive purchasing. See Offers.

6. Orders and payment

Adding goods to a basket or submitting payment details does not mean an order is accepted. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order before acceptance for failed payment or age checks, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, delivery restrictions or an obvious pricing or description error. We will not debit or retain payment for a declined order beyond any unavoidable temporary bank authorisation. Nothing permits us to cancel an accepted order merely to avoid a legal obligation.

7. Delivery, cancellation and returns

For most distance purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. Tell us by a clear statement using the return-request form or the published contact method. You then have 14 days to send the goods back. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you normally pay the direct return cost. We reimburse the price and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they were sent, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may deduct for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature and characteristics. Do not return goods until we provide the confirmed return address and instructions. See Delivery & Returns.

8. Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 include a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods, normally within 30 days, and rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in the circumstances set by law. These rights are separate from the cancellation right above.

9. Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Events genuinely outside our reasonable control may delay performance, but do not remove remedies the law gives you.

10. Complaints and governing law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. The external escalation or ADR route will be added once confirmed; we will state whether we are required or willing to use it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory protections available where you live. Consumers in England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.

11. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This page provides operational information, not legal advice. Official guidance is available from GOV.UK and Citizens Advice.
