Do I have to prove my age?

Yes. Confirming your age when you enter the site is a self-declaration only. Age verification before payment and carrier age checks at handover are not yet active, so no orders are taken until a real provider and carrier are configured. We never sell alcohol to anyone under 18.

Why is the price £35?

The shop owner has set £55 as the regular price intended after the offer and £35 as the current offer price for each bottle in the house collection. This does not claim a previous selling price.

Why do some bottles say “details being finalised”?

We publish product facts — bottle size, ABV, origin and ingredients — only once they are confirmed with the brand owner. Until then the bottle is shown but cannot be bought.

Can I return a bottle?

Accepted Answer

For most distance purchases, you can cancel within 14 days after delivery and then have 14 days to send the goods back. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods have separate statutory protection. Use the secure return-request form and wait for instructions before sending anything.
